## Wisp on U.S., Canada, and U.K. Dates

![Wisp](https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/onestowatch-v2/screenshot2024-04-17_at4.56.28_p_m-1713398352.png)

Wisp is the stage name of Natalie Lu, a 21-year-old San Francisco-raised singer-songwriter and guitarist who broke through on TikTok with her debut single “Your face” while studying computer science at San Francisco State University. The track charted on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart and led to a major-label deal. She released the EP *Pandora* in 2024 and her debut studio album *If Not Winter* in 2025.

The sonic fit with beabadoobee’s *Pylon* era is direct. Wisp’s music fuses pop melodies with shoegaze atmospherics and hardcore undertones, influenced by Slowdive, Whirr, and Mazzy Star, a lineage that mirrors the alt-rock and Midwest emo references behind *Pylon*. Wisp has also described a personal connection to beabadoobee’s work, citing her as a key reason she picked up the guitar and began writing songs.

Wisp performed at Governor’s Ball in summer 2026 and joined the Lollapalooza lineup. She also supported beabadoobee on the August 4, 2026 Everwise Amphitheater (Indianapolis, IN) and August 7, 2026 Red Rocks Amphitheatre (Morrison, CO) dates, which preceded the autumn arena leg of The Powerlines Tour.

For U.K. readers, Wisp continues her support slot across all four British arena dates: Glasgow’s OVO Hydro (Nov. 14), Cardiff’s Utilita Arena (Nov. 16), Manchester’s AO Arena (Nov. 17), and London’s The O2 (Nov. 18). Venue pages list current ticket availability for those shows.

## Violet Grohl on France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany Dates

Violet Grohl, the 20-year-old eldest child of Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl, released her debut album *Be Sweet to Me* on Friday, May 29, 2026, a record that moves between ripping alt-rock, hazy dream pop, and chugging hardcore. Produced by Justin Raisen, a collaborator of Charli XCX and Kim Gordon, the album spans late-’80s and ’90s experimental territory, which aligns with the heavier, more distorted sound of *Pylon*.

Violet Grohl opens the mainland European leg, including Paris’s Zénith (Nov. 30), Amsterdam’s AFAS Live (Dec. 2), Brussels’s Forest National (Dec. 4), Berlin’s Tempodrom (Dec. 6), and Düsseldorf’s Mitsubishi Electric Halle (Dec. 7). [Her Paris support slot is confirmed for the Zénith Paris – La Villette date on November 30, 2026.](https://concerts.paris/en/events/serie-beabadoobee-the-powerlines-tour)

## Scandinavian Dates Without Announced Support

The three Scandinavian stops, Copenhagen’s K.B. Hallen (Nov. 23), Stockholm’s Fryshuset (Nov. 24), and Oslo Spektrum (Nov. 27), currently list no support act. Readers attending those shows should check venue pages directly for updates closer to the dates.

## How The Powerlines Tour Fits Together

The 18 North American Wisp-supported dates sit within a larger, multi-continent run. [The Powerlines Tour is beabadoobee’s eighth headlining concert tour, spanning arenas in North America, Europe, and Oceania in support of her album *Pylon*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Powerlines_Tour), released September 18, 2026 via Dirty Hit and Interscope Records.

The European leg runs through December 7, 2026. A third leg of Australian arena shows follows in March 2027, with dates at Brisbane Entertainment Centre (March 15), Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne (March 18), and Afterpay Arena in Sydney (March 20). A fourth leg across Asia runs from March 23 through April 13, 2027, with stops in Seoul, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, and Manila.

As of the initial announcement of The Powerlines Tour, no support acts were announced for the Australia or Asia legs. Support acts were listed only for North America, the U.K., and Europe, with Wisp in the U.S., Canada, and U.K., and Violet Grohl in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

## Other Tour and Support Notes

**Been Stellar (Summer 2026 Support):** Been Stellar supported beabadoobee on the July 31 Lollapalooza Aftershow at The Salt Shed in Chicago, ahead of the main arena run. They do not appear on the fall arena routing.

**2027 Australia and Asia Legs:** No support acts have been announced for the 2027 Australia and Asia legs of The Powerlines Tour. Local promoter pages will carry updates as those dates approach.

**beabadoobee’s Band:** beabadoobee performs with a full live band on The Powerlines Tour, her first arena tour. Luca Caruso, a London-based multi-instrumentalist who co-produced the *Pylon* single “Switchblade,” tours as the drummer in beabadoobee’s band. The opening-night setlist in Uncasville focused on *Pylon* alongside catalog tracks including “Glue Song,” “The Perfect Pair,” and “Coffee.”

## How The Openers Shape Each Region

The regional split between Wisp and Violet Grohl reflects distinct audience profiles. Wisp’s shoegaze and alt-rock sound speaks directly to the North American and U.K. listeners who have followed beabadoobee from bedroom pop into arena rock. Violet Grohl’s debut, with its late-’80s and ’90s experimental grit, aligns with continental European markets where that lineage has particular resonance.

The opener slot on a tour of this scale functions as a discovery moment. Arena audiences arrive with tickets in hand and often meet an artist they have not yet added to their playlists. Wisp has toured with Slowdive and Panchiko and performed at Coachella and Lollapalooza, yet a nightly arena run alongside beabadoobee represents a different level of exposure.

Wisp is already writing her follow-up to *If Not Winter*, and her trajectory is clear. Seeing her in a support slot at this stage offers a different perspective than encountering her later as a headliner.

## Practical Tips for Catching the Openers

Arrive at door time if you want to see Wisp. On The Powerlines Tour, Wisp’s set begins at showtime, usually 7:30 or 8:00 PM, shortly after doors open around 7:00 PM. The Climate Pledge Arena Seattle date, for example, lists doors at 7:00 PM and show start at 8:00 PM. Arriving closer to the headliner’s scheduled time often means missing the opening set.

Check which opener plays your city. If your ticket is for a U.S. or Canadian date, your opener is Wisp. If your ticket is for a U.K. date, your opener is also Wisp. On The Powerlines Tour, Violet Grohl is the support act for the mainland European dates in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, including Paris (Nov. 30), Amsterdam (Dec. 2), Brussels (Dec. 4), Berlin (Dec. 6), and Düsseldorf (Dec. 7), while Wisp opens the U.S., Canada, and U.K. dates. Live Nation’s official tour announcement confirms support from Wisp in the U.S., Canada, and U.K. and Violet Grohl in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, with no support act listed for Copenhagen (Nov. 23), Stockholm (Nov. 24), or Oslo (Nov. 27).

Tickets for the remaining North American dates of The Powerlines Tour are available now, following the general onsale that began Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 10 AM local time at beabadoobee.com/live. [For U.K. dates, tickets are sold through Ticketmaster UK for the Cardiff, Manchester, and London shows, and through Live Nation for the Glasgow show, with Live Nation also listing ticket pages for all four cities.](https://www.livenation.co.uk/event/beabadoobee-the-powerlines-tour-london-tickets-edp1683546)

Justin Raisen, a producer known for work with Charli XCX and Kim Gordon, produced the record, which spans 11 tracks of late-80s and 90s-influenced experimental rock, from ripping alt-rock to hazy dream pop to chugging hardcore. She opens the European dates on The Powerlines Tour, including Paris (Nov. 30), Amsterdam (Dec. 2), Brussels (Dec. 4), Berlin (Dec. 6), and Düsseldorf (Dec. 7).
    **Question:**

    - **Name:** Does Wisp Open the U.K. Shows or Just the North American Dates?
      **Answer:**

      - **Text:** Wisp opens all North American (U.S. and Canada) and U.K. dates on beabadoobees The Powerlines Tour, while Violet Grohl opens the mainland European dates. Her support slot covers all 18 U.S. and Canadian dates in October 2026, a mix of arenas and amphitheaters, plus the four U.K. arena dates in November: Glasgows OVO Hydro (Nov. 14), Cardiffs Utilita Arena (Nov. 16), Manchesters AO Arena (Nov. 17), and Londons The O2 (Nov. 18).
    **Question:**

    - **Name:** What Time Should I Arrive to See Wisp?
      **Answer:**

      - **Text:** Plan to arrive at door time if you want to see Wisp. On The Powerlines Tour, doors typically open one hour before the listed show start at venues where shows begin at 8:00 PM, for example doors at 7:00 PM for an 8:00 PM show, though some venues list show starts at 7:30 PM. Wisps set begins at showtime, either 7:30 or 8:00 PM depending on the venue, shortly after doors open. Arriving at the headliners scheduled start time usually means missing the opening set.
