That breadth stems from the Majestic's room size, which attracts mid-level touring acts while still offering an intimate experience.

October 23 stands out for its multi-room activity. Whethan plays the main room while ACRAZE headlines the Magic Stick the same night, and each show requires its own ticket.

AEG Presents' "Summer Isn't Over" half-price promotion in August 2026 offered discounted tickets to about 65–70 Detroit-area concerts at AEG venues (Masonic Temple Detroit, Royal Oak Music Theatre, and Majestic Theatre) for shows running Aug. 16 to Dec. 15, 2026. This promotion signaled available inventory across much of the calendar and created a buyer's market for many shows. As noted earlier, Whethan's WAREHOUSE.WAVS TOUR has already produced several sellouts in other markets, which suggests tighter supply for his Detroit dates than for most other Majestic events.

See All Majestic Detroit Ticket Options

How To Use This Guide

Readers seeking small-room discovery can start with the Whethan two-night run (October 23–24) and the Channel Tres date (September 18), which both feature OnesToWatch artists on the Majestic calendar. The Whethan Detroit shows are 18+ and tickets remain available through the links above.

For heavy music, the Chat Pile, Soul Glo, and Shallowater bill on November 5 offers one of the calendar's strongest undercards. For indie rock, Citizen on October 2 (with Hotline TNT and Anxious) and Bright Eyes on October 5 (with Lullaby For The Working Class) stand out as key picks.

Room selection matters at the Majestic complex. The main room, Magic Stick, and outdoor Alley Deck operate as separate ticketed spaces, and the box office for indoor shows sits at the main Majestic Theatre entrance. The outdoor area used for the September 27 Knocked Loose show functions independently from the two indoor rooms.

Age policies vary by event. Both Whethan Detroit dates are explicitly 18+, and buyers should confirm age requirements for each show at checkout.

Check Current Majestic Age Policies And Tickets

Majestic Theatre-MI Venue Facts

Address: 4140 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201

Phone: (313) 833-9700

Official Site: majesticdetroit.com

Main Room: Primary concert hall that hosts most touring acts listed above.

Magic Stick: Second-floor room with a standing capacity of 700 (seated 200) that hosts indie, garage rock, punk, and electronic shows, plus DJ nights and dance events.

Outdoor Space: The Alley Deck, an open-air rooftop above the Garden Bowl accessible through the Magic Stick, with capacity around 200 guests, significantly smaller than the 1,100-capacity main room.

Ticketing: Most shows at Majestic Theatre-MI sell through the venue's ticketing partner AXS, with some events also listed on Ticketmaster depending on the promoter.

Last Verified: October 1, 2026

Date And Venue Clarifications

Several shows promoted alongside the Majestic complex are confirmed at other Detroit venues. The Magic Stick room within the complex also hosts Sam Alfred (October 2), ACRAZE (October 23), and Angrybaby (November 7).

What Is The Capacity Of The Majestic Theatre Main Room Versus The Magic Stick?

The Magic Stick is a second-floor room within the Majestic complex with a standing capacity of 700 (seated 200). It hosts indie, garage rock, punk, and electronic shows, along with DJ nights and dance events. The Majestic Theatre main room has a capacity of 1,100 general admission and hosts touring indie rock, metal, punk, blues, jazz, folk, hip-hop, world beat, and electronic artists. The Majestic Theatre Center complex also includes the Alley Deck, an open-air rooftop space above the Garden Bowl accessible through the Magic Stick, which has a capacity of about 200 guests and is smaller than the main room. Each room operates as a separate ticketed event, with tickets sold per show and the box office located at the main Majestic Theatre entrance.

Are The Whethan Detroit Shows All Ages?

Both Whethan WAREHOUSE.WAVS TOUR dates at Majestic Theatre-MI, October 23 and October 24, 2026, are 18+ events. Age restrictions vary by show across the Majestic calendar, so buyers should always confirm details at the point of ticket purchase.

Who Is Opening For Whethan And Channel Tres In Detroit?

STVSH opens for Whethan at The Majestic Theatre in Detroit on October 23, 2026, and Super Computer opens on October 24, 2026. Zainab opened for Channel Tres at The Majestic Theatre in Detroit on September 18, 2026, and that show has already taken place. Support lineups can change, so checking the venue or ticketing page for the latest billing remains the safest approach.

Are There Other Detroit Concerts Worth Knowing About Beyond The Majestic This Fall?

The Masonic Jack White Theatre at the Masonic Temple (500 Temple St, Detroit, MI) is hosting Interpol on October 9, 2026, Paris Paloma on October 16, 2026, and The Blasting Company on November 4, 2026, all at 7:00 PM. Chelsea Wolfe played the Masonic Jack White Theatre in Detroit, MI on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
