New York Hip-Hop has dominated mainstream music this year with forward thinking melodic rap and drill. 17-year-old, BK Rockstar is the newest artist out of New York to push boundaries with a new style and new sound. BK Rockstar embodies the ambitious New York attitude and with wild eccentric energy.

His new single "Talk My Shit" is a strong introduction for those unfamiliar. The song features glitchy trap instrumentation and BK's captivating personality on the mic. The track shows BK Rockstar using a melodic delivery influenced by artists such as A Boogie and Juice WRLD, but his cadence and delivery is the epitome of the growing drill scene.

The song also comes with an accompanying music video that is equally as energetic as the track. Both the song and video show huge potential for the young artist and he has just started on his path towards fulfilling it.
