Boston Duo Camp Blood Return With "Trap" [Premiere]

Boston based duo Camp Blood is back with some new music. Experts at channeling their endless amount of influences into a masterful blend of Hip-Hop, punk, electronica, and various other emotive genres, their music is complex in sound and content. Birthed in 2019, Shaka Dendy and Haasan Barclay joined together to speak their truth about what they saw in the world going on around them. They recently participated in NPR Music's Live Sessions Series to help raise more awareness around the Black Lives Matter protests.

Today, Camp Blood is back to release "Trap." A blistering and idiosyncratic beat supports the verbal barrage from the duo aimed at detrimental hyper-masculinity. The revolution was never going to be a quiet one and this might be the first song on the soundtrack. Listen to "Trap" below.
