half•alive's Latest Offering Is Nothing but "Pure Gold"

half•alive's music has an impenetrable energy that never fails to put you in a good mood, and their latest is no exception. The Long Beach-based trio has released their latest track "Pure Gold, a song that captures the carefree, jubilant energy of bright summer months.

The group's vibrant sound usually flows with funky basslines, catchy, electric choruses, and bright vocals, drawing inspiration from a variety of genres. "Pure Gold" is soaked in this signature, blissful funk-pop sounds that the group often explores in their music, while still finding the space to swirl in electronic sounds, an endlessly catchy chorus, and stand-out drums. The track was produced by Ariel Rechtshaid, an artist who has worked with creatives like Adele, Sia, Vampire Weekend, and more. This bouncy pop track hits like your new anthem for the end of July, and its optimistic, easy-going nature makes it an instant addition to your favorite summer playlist.

"Pure Gold" is the fourth track that has been released off of half•alive's forthcoming debut album Now, Not Yet, set for release August 9.  Last month, saw the release of "RUNAWAY," which was accompanied by a unique, captivatingly choreographed video that we simply could not get enough of.  

The trio is currently on an international tour  with stops at a handful of festivals along the way.
