KDVSGOLIATH Proves Himself London's Best-Kept Secret on  "Sad."

In his new single, "Sad.", London-based rapper and alternative singer-songwriter KDVSGOLIATH beautifully explores the complexities of how much someone is willing to fight for love, even when the other person is in a difficult or dangerous place. When you love something that you know is bad for you, will you still stay?

"Sad." marks KDVSGOLIATH's second single of the year, following "Let Me Go.", which found its way on four Apple Music playlists and one Spotify editorial playlist. All of this is building up to the release of his Bipolar EP on July 17. With an infectious and dynamic sound, this young British talent is establishing himself with a sonic presence that is comparable to XXXTentacion and YUNGBLUD.

"Sad." tells the story of what happens when you get in your own way. "I made this song a few days after meeting my first girlfriend. The relationship was clouded by the fear that I would one day lose her, and that got in the way of me being able to love her properly... My love became a burden and it drove me to let her go," shares KDVSGOLIATH.

The accompanying music video features a wounded KDVSGOLIATH, bleeding out in the back of a car driven by his female love interest.  KDVSGOLIATH's struggle symbolizes his growing awareness of the strain he is causing in his relationship, and that it's in everyone's best interests if he simply lets go.

The song is a hell of an earworm and its messaging is fearsome. It's no question that  "Sad." is a standout track from an emotionally-capable and musically-adventurous artist.
