Run Around LA and Mexico with DJ Young Franco in 10 BTS Photos [TOUR DIARY]

image

Young Franco is an up-and-coming DJ and producer from down under. He has played clubs and festivals around Australia, but he's ready to takeover the world with his vibrant sound. His latest single, "Otherside," might just be the song to kickstart his career in the states. The track features sultry vocals from Reva DeVito and chill beats in collaboration with Golden Vessel. "Otherside" is a chill track that promises listeners will better themselves by letting their guards down.

The producer recently flew to Los Angeles and Mexico for writing sessions, and he documented his travels through photos of historical landmarks, colorful culture and intimate memories. Here are some exclusive pictures that Young Franco captured during his trip.

Mexico has some amazing architecture. This was taken at the Catedral Metropolitana. I thought the dome in the distance looked cool.

This was the show at Malaquita Rooftop hosted by Trick or Treat Music. It was the same day as Day of the Dead. I met heaps of lovely people there. A special thank you to Brito and Kathya for introducing me to the best food I've ever had.

This was one of the stalls at a market, so much colour. I bought a few skulls to take home.

I flew back to LA and took a walk with a friend (Kilter) in Echo Park. It’s one of my favorite places in LA.

Met up with Reva Devito in LA for the first time ever. Everything we’ve done so far has been over the phone so it was so cool to finally meet. We took photos to use for the artwork.
