New York indie rockers Arcy Drive are back with their first single since their 2025 debut album The Pit. “one'n a million” is not only the band’s latest release, it also marks their label debut with Atlantic Records.

“We made this song a little over a year ago,” shares the band. “We were in LA for a couple of producer meetings, and on this one particular day, Nick showed us what was to become ‘one’n a million.’ Typically, when we get into the studio with producers/engineers/whatever, we usually have all of our parts sorted and have seen through every possible direction for the song. This process was a little bit different. No one in the band had heard the song before this session. We played off pure instinct, and it worked. In 4 hours, we came out with a pretty solid song and then honestly forgot about it. We were on to the next song. It wasn’t until a couple of months ago that this song was brought back into our lives, and the first time hearing it again, we thought, ‘this is a fucking banger.’ It’s crazy how, when you’re so in it, you truly cannot take yourself out of your creations. But that full year of time away from the song, it felt refreshing again. Like we were really hearing the song for the first time. We like to think it’s another side of the band that we haven’t shown yet. A more relaxed summer vibe, but we still punkify it at the end, which makes it feel originally ours.”

“one’n a million” features Arcy Drive’s signature attic rock sound but elevated. The single opens with a bright guitar, immediately setting the tone for the song. The bright, upbeat sound continues as Nick Mateyunas’ vocals join the mix. As the chorus begins, bass and drums round out the instrumentation. The bridge is an explosion of sounds with passionate, layered vocals and driving, strumming guitar as the song reaches its high point before mellowing back out, finishing with the same simple guitar and solo Mateyunas vocals that it began with.

The band is currently on the road on their “The Pit Tour” which runs through May 17th. The rest of the summer will see Arcy Drive opening for Mt. Joy, and playing festivals including Gov Ball, Bonnaroo, and Rolling Stone’s inaugural Stateside festival.
