Alt-pop's favorite voice of honest, messy, fun BIZZY has just announced her run on the North American leg of Rachel Chinouriri's tour. In celebration of the fabulous announcement, she's back with a magnetic confession for sneaky texts and secret rendezvous in her new single, "Don't Tell The Girls." The single, produced by Gus van Go and co-written with Sam Backoff and Mark Siegel, blends lush live production with alt-indie-pop flair that fans of '90s rom-coms and chaotic nights out will feel at home in this whirlwind of temptation and regret.

The track captures the all-too-relatable moment when bad decisions and a good time collide, with its playful verses narrating how BIZZY feels that maybe she can still mend her relationship after her ex comes crawling back. On the high-energy chorus, BIZZY belts, "Don't tell the girls/ That I spent the night at his house/ He was the worst/ So I'll never live this down/ They hate his guts yeah he's dead to them...If I tell them that I want him back/They're gon' have a heart attack/Screamin' Bizzy it won't work/ So don't tell the girls." Using her satirical wit, the single is a soundtrack for the "oops, I did it again" moments we all know too well, making it a must-listen for anyone who's ever found themselves in a similar sticky situation.

"'Don't Tell The Girls' is about the classic weakness of going back to your shitty ex," says BIZZY. "You know it's wrong, so you keep it a secret because once your friends find out, there is no way in hell they will let you go through with it. Not without reminding you of everything that person did to wrong you and how down-bad you were when things ended."

The accompanying music video, directed by Alex Berger, follows BIZZY as she spends a night in with her besties. Drinking wine and chit-chatting, she soon sees her phone light with a call from someone labeled "THE WORST. "Against her better judgment, she picks up the call and sneakily gets herself ready to go see them. Footage of the trio singing, dancing, and having the time of their lives intercuts scenes of the singer-songwriter climbing into her ex's truck, having viewers, or at least me anyway, yell, "Noooooooo. What are you doing???"

"Don't Tell The Girls" isn't just a song—it's a confession, a wink, and an anthem for anyone who's ever ignored their better judgment in favor of a little messy fun. Stay tuned for more from this rising star as she shares new chapters of her real-life experiences in 2025.
