DWLLRS' "It's Only Up From Here" is an Ode to Good Vibes and Positivity

Back with their third single, DWLLRS shine a bit of positivity with "It's Only Up From Here." Continuing with the same dream-like production, the duo is quickly developing a unique sound and brand behind them. The type of sound where you already know it's the DWLLRS before having to check your phone twice. This dynamic duo is locking down their own spot within the industry with this latest release.

"It's Only Up From Here" is a message to those struggling to hang on. It's the type of song to remind yourself that you've conquered every single day you've lived thus far, and nothing has beat you. Despite getting knocked down, you've accomplished getting back up. The duo explains that they want the song to resonate with the ones searching for that hope and resort to songs like these to give them an extra push, even if it's a little nudge to get you through the day.

"'It's Only Up From Here' is about choosing hope in the midst of hardship. There's an opportunity that comes with hitting rock bottom - you can either stay in that mindset, or choose to pull yourself out of whatever emotional rut your in."

DWLLRS have found their niche. The blend of the ukulele with the clap of the programmed drums creates such an anomalous sound, you can't help but be addicted to hitting that repeat button. Accompanied by spacey synths and the unplugged bass, it allows you to shut your eyes and imagine yourself on a sunny beach in Hawaii, away from any problem in your life. The group has found their sound and we couldn't be happier. We're excited to see how they continue to evolve and spread their word.
