Free Party Embark on a New Era in "DND"

Taking on several fonts while sitting under three minutes, Free Party embark on a new era with their latest single “DND,” an infectiously vicious rap track you’ll beg to run back several times to catch every hidden gem.

An effortlessly debonair rap duo hailing from Largo, Maryland, MoCo and Jay Veno are hip-hop’s newest prodigies. While their pen has been steady since 2018, who they’re presenting as today is a result of sharpened skill and time spent discovering who they are. They’re not interested in sounding like other acts, but rather, honing the sound emerging from the DMV. They’re in the pulsing veins of alternative hip-hop, a vital source of life for the dynamic genre.

Opening with soft vocals and understated acoustics, “DND” quickly ignites. Impeccably produced by 2EYEC and NOLO’S ADDICTION, this song can single-handedly initiate a villain era. MoCo and Veno spar verse for verse, complimenting each other while spotlighting how they individually color Free Party. Their bite is unforgiving; they've got something to prove.

Rounding up nearly half a million monthly Spotify listeners, their sound has a magnetism that’s already hypnotized a chunk of the world, and their audience is only expected to grow. If “DND” is any indication of what’s to follow up their 2021 project Mirrors in a Dark Room, the best is certainly yet to come.
