Grave Secrets "Fuck Shit Up" On New Riot-Inducing Single | THE NOISE

LA punk and post-hardcore band Grave Secrets are ready to rage in their latest single, "Fuck Shit Up." The short yet walloping track, which will be featured on the band's upcoming full-length debut Till Your Lungs Fall Out, is a perfect example of punk-rock fury and oozes with venomous lyrics and unrelenting, heart-racing instrumentation that inspires any and all who listen to well, "fuck shit up."

The single comes in hot from the start with driving percussion, throbbing bass lines, and boiling guitar riffs. The track builds like a bubbling volcano, transforming into a savage and fiery sonic explosion. Vocalist Vinny Morales' vigorous delivery throughout the track conveys this breaking point, channeling the anger and resentment that simmers beneath the surface.

"Fuck Shit Up" overall shows off all the energy and electricity at the center of this rising four-piece. It's a visceral anthem that channels the rebellious spirit and frustration many LA residents feel in a city filled with fake personas, religious hypocrisy, and the relentless pursuit of fame and fortune.

Earlier this summer, Grave Secrets released two songs that showed off the impressive range from their forthcoming debut. The first, "Mood Ring," is a blistering bit of Fest-punk meets Will Yip, complete with multiple begging-to-grab-the-mic moments on par with bands like Citizen, PUP, and Title Fight. The yin to its yang, "Bad Blood," is a slow-core headbanger that finds the band chasing their dreams only to realize it all comes with a price.
