Jade LeMac Holds Onto Love in "Pink Balloon"

Pop singer-songwriter Jade LeMac continues to make a lasting impression on the indie scene with her latest single, "Pink Ballon." In the stirring piano-laden ballad, LeMac evokes a spectrum of raw emotions. She allows her crisp and crystalline vocals to shine while maintaining excellent vocal control.

With a dreamy sound backed by romantic piano and soaring strings that demand the listener's attention, the rising star touches on the importance of cherishing the memories you've created with a loved one, regardless of the future. Her ethereal, heartfelt vocals serenade her love, cooing, "I'll rise my chest in sync with yours / As you breathe in my scent galore / And I'll listen as your heartbeat roars." She promises to "pray upon the fullest moon, " hold onto her lover's pink balloon, and never let it go.

Regarding the heartfelt love letter of a track, LeMac commented, "'Pink Balloon' is about holding onto the memories and feelings that you have with a special person. Knowing that no matter what happens, you'll always cherish them and never let them go."

The accompanying music video, directed by Zachary Vague, is a whimsical visual that sees LeMac sitting alone in a white-walled space holding onto one solitary pink balloon. As she performs the song for the void, she begins to collect more and more balloons until she's absolutely surrounded by them, symbolizing her promise to continue holding onto all of the memories of her and her loved ones.

With over 1.3 million TikTok followers and a recent GLAAD "Outstanding Breakthrough Music Artist" nomination, LeMac recently released her second EP, Confessions, which includes standout tracks like "Got Me Obsessed," "Bad Kisser," and "Pick A Fight."
