KOAD Emanates Creative Energy on His Debut "pots n' pans"

Synthesizing frenetic chaos and careful expression, the self-described rapper, singer, and "magician" known as KOAD makes his debut this month with "pots n' pans." KOAD's latest track sees the young Indian American artist collaborating with industry heavyweights like Rahki (Kendrick Lamar, Eminem) and even Australian singer KUÄŒKA to create a lively banger emulating childlike energy. Setting the scene for his forthcoming mixtape Treehouse, KOAD provides listeners with a unique and eccentric new track - one that is bursting at the seams with personality, magic, and charm.

As to be expected of a track titled "pots n' pans," percussion is the focal point of KOAD's newest single. At times, the song carries monstrous and lurching bass signals, but at a moment's notice the instrumentation may careen towards a lighter tone with mechanical hi-hats, snares, and kicks. Over an ever-changing drum track like the one on "pots n' pans," it seems that only somebody with the carefree spirit of KOAD would be able to flow well on top of it - and flow he does. KOAD's vocal performance is a masterclass in effortless dynamics as he delivers quick and punchy rap verses between impassioned yells and growls on the track's chorus. Playing with hip-hop's bounce with an EDM intensity, KOAD provides fans with something entirely unique on his newest track and video.

Prior to "pots n' pans," KOAD had spent the better part of the last decade tirelessly honing his musical skills on a gifted beat pad. His work and practice have not gone unnoticed, as his musical patience and clarity shine through powerfully on his debut song. His upcoming project Treehouse is still on the way and the future is definitely bright for KOAD.
