Mastercard and OnesToWatch Present Season 2 of Their Artist Accelerator Program

Today, Mastercard unveils its limited-edition Mastercard Music Pass for music fans around the world, commencing the second season of its tech and talent-driven Artist Accelerator program with an incredible roster of emerging artists. The personalized Music Pass allows collectors and fans to unlock a cutting-edge AI music studio, behind-the-scenes content, and the chance to access concert tickets to live shows later this year.

Mastercard Artist Accelerator mentor Este Haim, from GRAMMY-nominated trio HAIM, kicked off the second season with a summit in Los Angeles with OnesToWatch. The Artist Accelerator launched in 2023 to introduce emerging artists to Web3 and AI technologies to help them better create, market and monetize their work. This year’s program evolves with a new partnership with OnesToWatch, a global music discovery platform, that brings artists from the studio to the stage — as the demand for live music reaches record highs.

“The music you make is a part of you. That is why we are so passionate about what we create,” said Haim during her Artist Accelerator mentorship session.

This year’s featured artists bring a range of artistic styles and backgrounds:

Asha Imuno: A California-based, multi-faceted artist, producer and songwriter blending sounds of classic Hip-Hop and R&B with new-age Soul and Funk.

Brooke Alexx: Pop-Rock singer-songwriter recognized for her girl-next-door charm and delightfully original song concepts.

JANAYAH: A London-based powerhouse vocalist and songwriter with sounds spanning across Pop, Dance, Drum & Bass and soulful ballads. She joins a long line of storied musical talent as a graduate of the BRIT School.

Juliet Ivy: Singer-songwriter blending Pop, Indie, Folk and Hyperpop known for her playful lyrics, childlike whimsicality, and sonic fusion of her Chinese-Colombian heritage.

Loyal Lobos: Bilingual singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer using the universal language of Pop music to transform and celebrate the sounds of her home country, Columbia.

The artists will continue their journey with educational events and performances, including a tour with OnesToWatch artists— available to fans through the Mastercard Music Pass.

“At Mastercard, our focus is on connecting people to their passions, their purpose and each other. The Mastercard Artist Accelerator builds on this ethos, bringing together an incredible roster of artists — and countless fans around the world,” said Raja Rajamannar, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Mastercard. “This second season reflects our dedication to constant evolution, innovation and expansion as we provide meaningful digital and in-person experiences.”
