Public Order Offer Hope On Focus Track "Someday"

Welsh newcomers Public Order have unveiled their highly anticipated debut EP, HELLO, featuring the fresh single "Someday." The emotionally charged track showcases the band's unique sound evolution and their distinct blend of introspective lyricism and soaring, cathartic production, setting them apart in the music scene.

The song begins with an electric guitar and vocals, with a blip of a guitar riff, reminiscent of bands like Keane or Snow Patrol, which have taken inspiration from the late 90s and early 2000s. Opening with a delicate and contemplative intro, the track comes to life as it seamlessly moves into an explosive catharsis, unfolding a tale of hope amidst struggle. More and more instrumental layers are added to the mix by the second verse, with a second guitar and percussion adding delicious dynamics. The "Where there's love, there's pain/ And where there's love, I will refrain," despite these truths in the lyrics, the sentiment is that "someday," love can be found if only you find yourself first.

According to the band, the track is "all about hope. It's a journey through longing and self-destruction, holding onto the belief that something better is waiting at the end. It asks the question—are you breaking, or becoming something more?"

Reflecting on the EP release, Public Order adds, "This EP is a raw and honest reflection of ourselves. It's our story of love, loss, and the struggle to make sense of it all. It's not just about love; it's about everything in between—losing yourself, finding yourself, and hoping that someday, everything will fall into place."

As they prepare for an exciting series of live performances, including shows at Independent Venue Week and an exceptional performance with Razorlight at Caldicot Castle, the single powerfully states the band's musical and emotional depth. In a musical landscape hungry for authentic voices, Public Order delivers a message of hope that is both intimate and expansive. "Someday" isn't just a song – it's a testament to the power of perseverance, the beauty of becoming, and the transformative potential of music itself.
