Brakence Breaks His Silence With "rosier"

Who is brakence? Whether you're a new fan listening to his latest single "rosier" or a fan that has been listening to him since day one, it's a question that will roam in your thoughts. To this day, brakence has hidden his identity from the world. With the release of the rosier artwork, it's the closest thing to a human we've seen. So, we can officially check "genetically modified robot programmed to be a pitch-perfect pop star" off of the "who is brakence" list.

What we do know is that brakence is an 18-year-old emerging pop act out of Columbus, Ohio. After attending Ohio State University for two weeks, he realized that school wasn't for him, soon leaving to pursue his musical endeavors.

Following the release of his EP bhavana, brakence keeps the momentum going with "rosier," his most captivating song to date. The song begins with a flawless falsetto and mesmerizing guitar progression. His fingers dance across the strings while he displays his versatility and vocal range. Just as the song begins to develop a semblance of familiarity, brakence adds a stroke of genius into the mix. The song explodes into a distorted explosion of sounds, sights, and moods that is destined to get your head bobbing in public.

In the words of brakence himself, he exclaims that "rosier" is more than just a regular release. "'rosier' is the four minute metamorphosis from a desperate, lying suck up to a flawed man on the pursuit of complete authenticity."

While brakence is on the journey to finding himself and his place in this world, we are more than along for the ride. As he gets closer to finding that authenticity he's looking for, we get closer to finding out who brakence really is and what he's really about. Regardless of what the identity of this artist is, we love what he's bringing to the table.
