Enny Snags Jorja Smith for the "Peng Black Girls" Remix

At the top of the month, Enny, a South East London rapper & singer released a very crucial remix of her third single “Peng Black Girls," featuring British R&B songstress Jorja Smith. The two linked up and performed their collab on A COLORS SHOW.

For those not familiar, 'peng' is UK slang for attractive or sexy. Enny and Jorja capture the essence of the beauty that exists within the diaspora of black women. Produced by Paya, the sultry collaboration is an electrifying message that speaks to that beauty of black women.

Jorja crushes her uplifting rap-sung verse, followed by Enny's final verse as she acts as a voice for black women.

About the remix, she says "Everything about the remix coming together honestly feels like a divine hand. It was created in a slight state of panic during the first lockdown by Paya & Srigala but we all knew it was something special when we heard it. Then to have Jorja drop a cold verse and bring a whole new vibe to it. Madness! The remix song and vid all just reiterate again the culture of being ‘Black and British’ and living in it.”

Enny's original release of "Peng Black Girls" was dropped in October. Keep up with Enny as she continues to rise. She's absolutely one to watch in 2021.
